(HBIC) is conveniently located in the Riverside Corporate Center in
Belcamp, Maryland in close proximity to Aberdeen Proving Ground and the
growing base of entrepreneurial technology companies, as well as the
defense contracting community in Harford County.
Resident HBIC companies select from a
full menu of resources and business support services which will help
them develop successful business ventures as part of their monthly
membership fee. Business services will be tailored to meet the unique
